How To Return An Item
Tell us what you want to return by generating an RA number, this can be done by following the simple steps below:
1. Enter your Order # and email address here in order to start your return process via our Returns Center.
2. Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return. Once completed, your request for return will be submitted.
3. You will receive an email with shipping return guidelines.
4. Once your request for return is approved, please send back your items with the completed returns form from your original order and the RA number written clearly on the outside of the package sent to the address provided in your RA email. Return addresses will vary depending on your location.
We will try our best to process your return as soon as it is received however, refunds and store credits can take up to 5 - 15 business days to process once we’ve received your package. To make things easier for us, please ensure you have generated an RA number for your return before you send the package back. Refunds will be credited to the same card or payment type used to make the original online purchase. When it is complete, we will send you an email to let you know that it is on the way!
Unfortunately, we do not cover the cost of return shipping for our customers, so please send your return back to us directly using your preferred courier service.
International Orders: We do not cover cost of duty or taxes on outbound orders. We do not refund duty or taxes on returns.
Things To Remember
When returning items to foxiedox, please ensure that:
Items are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and free of damage and with all original tags attached and in original packing and packaging. For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns on lingerie or swimwear.
Once you’ve created an RA number, you will need to ensure we receive the item within 10 business days (domestic customers) or 21 business days (international customers). Due to the fast paced nature of the business, we will be unable to accept returns that are received after this time frame and will be automatically shipped back to the customer.
For your own peace of mind, we recommend that you use a trackable postage service with additional cover, as we are unable to process a refund or credit note for any parcels that get lost on their way to us. Please enter your tracking in our Returns Center claim.
Discounted items are only eligible for a store credit, items discounted at more than 30% off are not eligible for a return.
Have you received a faulty item? Email us at email@example.com with your order number and a brief description of the fault. Images of the fault are always helpful too!
From there our customer service team will be in touch with you regarding the return and next steps. Once we’ve given the okay, we will of course refund you for the cost of the item as well as the shipping costs originally and returns shipping cost.
